  14. <p>     DIED. Hugh Morrow, 75, speechwriter and spokesman for New
  15. York Governor, later Vice President, Nelson Rockefeller; in
  16. Chestnut Ridge, N.Y. Morrow joined Rockefeller's staff after a
  17. career as a correspondent for the Philadelphia Inquirer and an
  18. editor of the Saturday Evening Post. Morrow was famous as a
  19. political speech writer. Henry Kissinger once said, "No one does
  20. the words better than Hughie."
